Sweden Knitting

I have been anticipating the publication of Karin Kahnlund's book! At Saterglantan, in 2010, I took her course in Traditional Swedish Knitting Techniques. Amazing!

Karin was speaking of her book at that time, whetting my appetite!
It is a stunning book!

Licorice and Knitting

Today was a great, GREAT mail day! Received the new issues of "Everyday Food" and "Vogue Knitting" as well as a letter from Fairview Ridges (they will no longer offer gastroenterological servces, which I may no longer want) and a special letter from our "Hockey Friend" in Finland along with a nice licorice gift!

I am just about to cuddle in with some food reading and knitting reading and licorice eating!

Pizza Sunday

I was hungry for veggie pizza . . . Pomi tomato sauce with Penzy's Italian Blend spices, fresh green pepper, onion and mushrooms on Kowalski's frozen pizza dough crust. This is 1/3 of the dough.
